By accessing or using FlyWrite E-Contract services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
FlyWrite E-Contract provides electronic contract creation, signing, and management services via a WeChat Mini Program. Services include multi-party signing, mass signing, batch signing, AI contract generation, contract templates, and contract management tools.
Electronic signatures completed through our platform comply with the Electronic Signature Law of the People's Republic of China and carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures in applicable contexts. Users are responsible for ensuring the appropriate use of electronic signatures in their specific legal context.
Users are responsible for ensuring all parties to a contract have genuinely and voluntarily agreed to its terms before initiating signing. Users must not use our platform to create or sign contracts with illegal content, fraudulent intent, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
Users retain ownership of their contract content. We store and process contract data solely to provide the service. Signing records are preserved for a minimum of 5 years and may be used as evidence in legal proceedings.
All platform technology, AI models, and template designs developed by Wuhan Weilai Yilai Technology Co., Ltd. remain our intellectual property. Contract content created by users belongs to the respective users.
